1. What NDIS Budget Guard is

NDIS Budget Guard is a budgeting and tracking tool only. It does not provide financial, legal, or disability advice.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of data entered. NDIS Budget Guard does not verify NDIS plan details against NDIA records.

This app is not an official NDIS product and has no access to your NDIS portal or plan data.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or using NDIS Budget Guard with the help of a nominee or guardian. Keep your password secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

NDIS Budget Guard includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access costs $14.99 per month (AUD, including GST where applicable). Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from Settings.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use NDIS Budget Guard to break the law, upload other people's data without permission, or attempt to disrupt the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NDIS Budget Guard is not liable for decisions made using figures shown in the app. Always confirm your plan balance with your plan manager or the NDIA.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect.
