Refund Policy

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Free trial

NDIS Budget Guard is free for 14 days. You are not charged until the trial ends, so cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

Monthly subscriptions

• Cancel any time from Settings — access continues until the end of the paid month.
• If you cancel within 7 days of a charge and have not meaningfully used the service in that period, email us and we will refund that month in full.
• If the service was unavailable or faulty for a significant part of a billing period, we will refund or credit that period.

How to request a refund

Email support@plancheck.com.au with the email address on your account and the charge date. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days.
